Images of Reality

I can feel the rage
Rising inside of me
I'm so sick and tired
Of this struggling
But I can't fuckin' quit
Just gotta step to the ring
Once again it's time
To raise my fists

And smash these images
Why can't they just leave me be
I punch and I punch
I just want this to end

I taste blood and sweat
And adrenaline
With bleeding knuckless
I clench my fists
And start pounding
Knockout is what I need
To reach peace of mind
At least for a while

Suddenly everything
Is vanished and I'm alone

Images are gone
But I'm afraid that they'll return
How could I make this end for good
Or is it even up to me

This is the battlefield
In here I'm all alone
Fighting these images
Which are not invisible

But I won't give you the pleasure
To see me fall down without
taking you with me
