is it foolery we drifted by
or pure blatant egoism
all the years being engaged by the same shit
to temper the wind to the shorn lamb

to know what happened all these years
the reason of my splitting headache
words like a snakes tongue
calm as a lake

hatred unable to imitate
to respect that what's most important

tell the reason why
racked with pain because the truth is told
are those walls intact or will they break
