The Elm

In solitude we walk shrouded in our dreams
Into the mists of night, spirits left unseen
Dear anguish redeem me with your gentle kiss
And lay this sadness into the abyss

I wish I wish but its all in vain
Wish we were free again
To find the place under the elm, where our shadows they still realm

Through the vastness, and on the other side
We leave our masks there, no longer we do hide
Oppose the light and gather, all of our storms
Shoot down the Sun, wearing your crown of thorns
