It's no secret,
But for some reason nobody knows
So let's just pretend some more
Too much talking
Starts me walking til the frenzy slows
I don't want to know anymore

Don't leave it up to me,
I'll never see it on my own
It seems alright to me
I'm not supposed to be
The talkative one

I'm numb
And carelessly
Speaking other words,
Unsure of what I'm fighting for
It bares repeating,
Words lose all meaning when you've said it all
And I've heard it all before

Painting pictures,
A thousand fixtures won't display them all
I don't see the worth anymore
