I stayed in bed a little longer today
Cause I didn't like the way I was feeling
I wasn't asleep but I wasn't awake
Just lying there staring at the ceiling.

I gotta get my ass up and fix myself a drink,

Early to me is like 1 p.m.

Someone's knocking on the door I think the cops are back again
But they know where they are And they know who I am
So they're tearing up the ticket again.
