Why am i standing here ?
Why am i breathing this air ?
There must be reasons for our existence

Awakened but not aware
Feeling but not seeing the gift
We just proceed with our life

Open your eyes
The signs are all around us
Try to understand
You will see so clear

Each second of my life
Shattered and wasted
True are god's words
By time, mankind is at loss

Alas, we never seem to learn from our mistakes
I pray to be given more time
To make right what i did wrong

Though your greatness so manifest
I and thyself just couldn't see
Blinded by the pleasure of this world
