Hallowed Ground

Beneath the sands of the desert,
Trapped in my slumberless tomb,
I lie interned here forever,
Wrapped in my motherless womb.
When life's umbilical served,
The flesh from every bone and sinew was skinned.
Hell, I was held down tethered,
All in the name of my sins...

I spat and cursed my aggressors,
I swore with every last breath,
I'd damn their bloodline successors
To slow and agonised deaths.
But centuries under pressure
Have forced the tidal desert ocean to turn,
What I unleach is forever,
I'll see that lessons get learnt...

Dusk 'till dawn...
Now the seal is broken by the visions of time.
What has spawned
Will live forever...

See the sacred flame's incanation
