Shrouded in the smoke

Beneath the streets
Cracked lips surrouded teeth
Yellow and decayed.

Skeletal hand crucified by arthritis
Clench a half-filled bottle of
Fortified wine
A stream of drool
Runs from the corner of his mouth.
