Under the blue sky there sits a monkey in-the-know
She grew up modest and has not a single flaw
Living on her fleas talk of her respectfully
Beyond horizon some clouds are gathering

There are black mountains rising over a far away land
There in black mountains are secrets really well kept

Gnomes grow rubies and diamonds in their gardens
Once a millennium celebrate their birthdays
They never burn in the hot fire down below
Feared by all they are respected by no one

Time for the red dragon to spread his wings over the earth
Dutifully gnomes climb in the little beds in their halls
The monkey however will party all night until she's drunk
Gnomes cannot live the same way the monkey does
