I believed in her and she believed in me
I spent all my time believing
when I should spent it reading
the signs

you should enjoy my body, enjoy
my mind I will take them away

Now it doesn't make me happy to think about her
future all gray and without love
although I think about it often and know
that I'm sure she's found a person
to give her some attention and if ever I do
