Presérvame, oh Dios, porque en Ti pongo mi confianzaPreserve me, O God, for in You I place my trust
Pues te he dicho: Tú eres mi Señor, nada soy sin TiFor I’ve said to You: You are my Lord, I am nothing without You
En cuanto a los santos que están en la tierraAs for the saints who are on the earth
Ellos son los impresionantes en quienes está todo mi deleiteThey are the awesome ones in whom is all my delight
Aquellos que corren tras otros dioses verán aumentar sus penasTheir sorrows shall increase who run after other gods
Rechazaré sus ídolos, ni siquiera mencionaré sus nombresTheir idols I will refuse, nor even mention their names

Porque Tú, oh Señor, eres mi porción y mi copaFor You, O Lord, are my portion and my cup
Me sostienes, eres más que suficienteYou sustain me, You’re more than enough
Los límites de mi tierra son interminablesThe boundaries of my land are never-ending
Tengo una hermosa, tengo una hermosa herenciaI have a beautiful, I have a beautiful inheritance

Bendeciré al Señor, quien me ha dado consejoI will bless the Lord, who has given me counsel
En mi corazón me enseñas, en las estaciones nocturnas te he puesto delante de míIn my heart You teach me, in the night seasons I have set you before me

Porque Él está conmigo, nunca seré sacudidoBecause He’s with me, I will never be shaken
Por lo tanto, mi corazón se alegra y mi alma se regocijaTherefore my heart is glad, and my soul rejoices
