Te alabaré, oh SeñorI will extol You, O Lord
Porque me has levantadoFor You have lifted me
No has permitido que mis enemigos se regocijen sobre míYou haven’t let my enemies rejoice over me

Oh Señor mi Dios, clamé a ti, me sanasteO Lord my God, I cried to You, You healed me
Levantaste mi vida de la tumbaYou raised my life up from the grave
Has preservado mi vida para que no descienda al abismoYou have preserved my life so I would not go down to the pit

Todos los santos, alaben al SeñorAll you saints, sing praises to the Lord
Y a su santo nombre, den graciasAnd to His holy name, give thanks
Porque su enojo es solo por un momentoFor His anger is only for a moment
Su favor dura toda la vidaHis favor lasts a lifetime
El llanto puede durar toda la nocheWeeping may endure for the night
Pero la alegría viene con la luz de la mañanaBut joy comes with the morning light

Cuando estaba prosperando, dije: no seré movidoWhen I was prospering, I said: I won’t be moved
Por tu amor constante, hiciste que mi montaña se mantuviera firmeBy Your steadfast love, You made my mountain stand strong
Cuando escondiste tu rostro, me desconcertéWhen You hid Your face, I was dismayed
Clamé a ti, y al Señor le supliqué misericordiaI cried out to You, and to the Lord I plead for mercy
¿Qué provecho hay en mi muerte, si desciendo al abismo?What profit is there in my death, if I go down to the pit?
¿Alabará el polvo tu nombre? ¿Declarará tu verdad?Will the dust praise You? Will it declare Your truth?
Escucha, oh Señor, y ten misericordia de míHear, O Lord, and have mercy on me
Oh Señor, sé mi ayudadorO Lord, be my helper
Entonces respondisteThen You answered

Has convertido mi luto en baileYou have turned my mourning into dancing
Quitaste mis vestiduras de luto y me vestiste de alegríaYou took off my mourning clothes and you clothed me with joy
Para que mi gloria cante alabanzas a ti y no se calleSo my glory may sing praise to You and not be silent
Señor mi Dios, te agradeceré por siempreLord my God, I’ll thank you forever
