Up On The Roof

Well the kids are tucked in bed,
All the good nights have been said
Time to put the presents underneath the tree

All gifts have been wrapped,
Finally done with all this Christmas crap
Lay out the cookies for Santa and pass the vodka to me

How 'bout you and me go up on the roof
With a bottle of at least 80 proof

We can stay up there all night
Getting tangled up in Christmas lights
And when we're tuckered out
We'll come down and pass out on the couch

Pitter patter of little feet
will wake us from our sleep
a hangover will remind us of how
We spent our Christmas eve
