Sitting beside a candle in the dark
She tries not to light it
It's uncertain when the door will open
Wind and rain will take the light away

The waves of change could carry her far away

Several invited but, vulnerable to
Anything that gets her through the day
She follows the course, but cannot override
Sunlight
