Face Hidden By Tears

I hid my face behind tears
when you threw me away.
As I tried to fight back my tears, I lost a part of myself.
I wonder when you started preparing to leave.
If you had given me hints, it'd be easier to let you go.

I always said I needed you in my life.
I guess it was different for you,
since you were able to end us without shedding any tears.
