Stare above at projections from a vast sky
In awe as it decays before these eyes
Concealed memories are foreboding
To see within and envenom

This yawning chasm was created
In antipathy

To flow through ashen hearts

Face the real
Inward toward darkness
To be enveloped
Blind and aimless

Rusted to abject skin, torn from the bone
Cannot unravel these shackles which strangle eternity

When the real becomes overbearing
Confront the self and its iniquity in every atom
Blind and aimless
Aimless, at its mercy

These wicked and tortured dreams
Intertwined with the real
Until becoming the real

Absent in this illusion
Absent from this reality
Falling into the terror of this reflection
