Entonces escuché una voz entre los cuatro seres vivientes diciendoThen I heard a voice among the four living creatures saying
'Un cuarto de trigo por un jornal"A quart of wheat for a day's wages
Y no dañes el aceite ni el vino'And do not damage the oil and the wine"
Allí delante de mí estaba un caballo pálidoThere before me was a pale horse
Su jinete se llamaba MuerteIts rider was named Death
Y le seguía de cerca HadesAnd Hades followed close behind him
Se les dio poderThey were given power
Sobre una cuarta parte de la tierra para matar con espadaOver a fourth of the earth to kill by sword
Hambre y plagas y por las bestias salvajes de la tierraFamine and plagues and by the wild beasts of the earth
Vi a aquellos que habían sido asesinados por causa de la palabra de DiosI saw those who had been slain because of the word of God
Y los escuché clamar en voz altaAnd I heard them call out in a loud voice

Luego a cada uno se le dio una túnica blancaThen each of them was given a white robe
