Generation That Can't Be Bought

They tried to steal children’s innocence
They tried to take away youth and hope
Turning evil into good and good into evil
Despising values and morals, pushing them aside

So many lives slowly fading away
Beautiful dreams suddenly torn down
So many people not knowing what to do
Searching for an answer, a reason to pursue

But now I can see a different people rise
A generation that won’t bow down or compromise
And they will rise up to reclaim
Everything they tried to take from us in vain

I see lives being restored once again
New dreams slowly forming and taking shape
So many turning their hearts back to God
Living all He promised, following His path

We are ambassadors of the Kingdom of Heaven
Proclaiming His laws, His truth so dear
And we’ll spread throughout the Earth
The eternal principles of our King
