Through the eyes of the departed
I behold humanity's ignorance
The profane search for salvation
Experience of enthroned abandonment

Into the timeless dusk
Cast away the mother of blasphemy
And clean the black clotted blood
From their slain and rotten wombs

Their filth blessed by shadows of death
Their demise purified by unholy winds of old

Their sins erased eternally
At the gates of damnation
Whence to behold the stars and splendour
