I was alone
When she appeared
From the unknown
And she told me
That dragon in the water
Keeps diving to the bottom
She's hunting pearls for barter
To be her own

I didn't know
How bad it was
Until I saw
The dragon's blood
The kingsmen went for her heart
To keep her from the way out
They fought under the water
Till it bled green

I'm in wasteland
There's no escapin'
It's so ugly
Next to the sea

Let's get plannin'
And let's get things hatching
And send the king packing
We won't give up that easy
Underwater the creatures teach daughters
The pearls at the bottom
Are heavier all because
