Over The Moon

When I was a little child
I could be anything I wanted
Make believing
Was just by the way
One day be a hero
One day be a legend
One day be in New Orleans
And the next I'd be home again

I used to dream that I could fly over the moon
There was nothing that I couldn't do
And now as I sit
I hope that some day soon
I'll go over with you.

My friends used to tell me
There were things a girl shouldn't do
Oh but I just wanna try anyway
To me that was nothing new
I'd play all their ball games
The boys would say 'go on just let her'
Oh but anything that they could do
I'd wanna do better
