Clamé a Dios pidiendo ayudaI cried out to God for help

Cuando estaba angustiado,When I was distressed,
Busqué al Señor en la nocheI sought the Lord At night
Extendí mi manoI stretched out my hand
Pero no puedo ser consoladoBut I can not be comforted
Te recordé Dios y gemíI remember You God and I groaned
Medité y mi espíritu se debilitóI mused and my spirit grew faint
Tus ojos mantuvieron abiertos los míosYou kept my eyes from closing
Estaba demasiado angustiado para hablarI was too troubled to speak
Pensé en mis días pasados, los años de antañoI thought about my former days the years long ago
Recordé mis canciones en la nocheI remember my songs in the night
Mi corazón meditó y mi espíritu preguntóMy heart mused and my spirit inquired
¿Reflejará el Señor para siempre?Will the Lord reflect forever
¿Nunca mostrará de nuevo su favor?Will He never show his favor again
¿Ha desaparecido este amor infalible para siempre?Has this unfailing love vanished forever
¿Ha fallado su promesa para siempre?Has His promise failed for all time
¿Se ha olvidado Dios de ser misericordioso?Has God forgotten to be merciful
¿Ha retenido la iraHas the anger withheld
Su compasión? Entonces pensé en estoHis compassion Then I thought To this
Apelaré A los años de la diestra del AltísimoI will appeal The years of the right hand of the Most High
Recordaré las obras del Señor Sí,I will remember the deeds of the Lord Yes,
Recordaré tus milagros de antañoI remember Your miracles of land ago
Meditaré en todas tus obrasI will meditate on all Your works
Y consideraré todas tus hazañas poderosasAnd consider all Your mighty deeds
Tus caminos, oh Dios, son santosYour ways, oh God, are holy
¿Qué dios es tan grande como nuestro Dios?What god is so great as our God?
