A Tree And It's Fruit

Entrad por la puerta estrecha:Enter Ye in at the strait gate:
porque ancha es la puerta y espacioso el camino,for wide is the gate, and broad is the way,
que lleva a la perdición, y son muchos los que entran por él;that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
porque estrecha es la puerta y angosto el camino,because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way,
que lleva a la vida, y pocos son los que la encuentran.which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
Cuidado con los falsos profetas, que vienen a vosotros con vestidos de oveja,Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing,
pero por dentro son lobos rapaces.but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
Los conoceréis por sus frutos.Ye shall know them by their fruits.
¿Acaso se recogen uvas de los espinos, o higos de los cardos?Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
Así, todo árbol bueno da buenos frutos;Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit;
pero el árbol corrupto da frutos malos.but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
Un buen árbol no puede dar frutos malos,A good tree cannot bringeth forth evil fruit,
ni un árbol corrupto puede dar frutos buenos.neither can a corrupt tree bringeth forth good fruit.
Todo árbol que no da buen fruto es cortado,Every tree that bringeth not good fruit is hewn down,
y echado al fuego. Así que por sus frutos los conoceréis.and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruit ye shall know them.
No todo el que me dice: Señor, Señor, entrará en el reino de los cielos;Not everyone that saith unto me, lord, lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven;
sino el que hace la voluntad de mi Padre que está en los cielos.but he that doeth the will of my father which is in heaven.
Muchos me dirán en aquel día: Señor, Señor, ¿no hemos profetizado en tu nombre?Many will say to me in that day, lord, lord, have we not prophesied in thy name?
¿Y en tu nombre hemos echado fuera demonios?And in thy name have cast out devils?
¿Y en tu nombre hemos hecho muchos milagros?And in thy name done many wonderful works?
Y entonces les declararé: Nunca os conocí;And then i will profess unto them, I never knew you:
apartaos de mí, hacedores de maldad.Depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
Por tanto, todo aquel que oye estas palabras mías,Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine,
y las pone en práctica, será semejante a un hombre prudente,and doeth them. I will liken him unto a wise man,
que edificó su casa sobre la roca; y no cayó,which built his house upon a rock; and it fell not;
pues estaba fundada sobre la roca.for it was founded upon a rock.
Y todo aquel que oye estas palabras mías,And everyone that heareth that heareth these sayings of mine,
y no las pone en práctica, será semejante a un hombre insensato,and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man,
que edificó su casa sobre la arena.which built his house on the sand.
Y descendió la lluvia, vinieron las crecidas,And the rain descended, and the floods came,
los vientos soplaron y golpearon aquella casa; y cayó, y fue grande su caída.and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; And it fell, and great was the fall.
