Wall-less prison, silent demons
Feed off fear, infest the mind
Door-less chamber, call out, no answer
Passers-by, they're deaf and blind

Lay out a banquet to feed
Kings and queens from all around the world
Statufied on my throne whilst waiting
Guests of air, nameless roll
I lost the key to gates of civilization
A long, long time ago
Threw out my outing cape
There's no more need, I am all alone

My kingdom welcomes wandering strangers

Just as the last of colour
Drains from this grayscale world of mine
A so-called savior finds
The fissure I tried to make impossible to find
Colour enough to paint a rainbow
Floods my veins, fills my empty heart
Buzzing with new found life
Excited for this journey to start
