Infinite Devotion

Devoción Infinita

Infinite Devotion

Aprendí tu nombreI learned your name
Como una escritura grabada en huesoLike scripture carved in bone
No está destinado a desvanecerseNot meant to fade
No está destinado a ser perdonadoNot meant to be forgiven

Hay una santidad silenciosaThere is a quiet holiness
En la forma en que me arruinasIn the way you ruin me
Lo confundí con graciaI mistook it for grace
Si esto es devociónIf this is devotion
Entonces que sea interminableThen let it be endless
Incluso si nunca estuvo destinado a ser míoEven if it was never meant to be mine

Me deshiciste suavementeYou unmade me gently
Como algo sagradoLike something sacred
Manejado sin cuidadoHandled without care
No sangroI do not bleed
RecuerdoI remember

Y cada recuerdo se arrodillaAnd every memory kneels
Ante la forma que dejaste dentro de míBefore the shape you left inside me
Lo llamarían una maldiciónThey would call this a curse
Pero nunca te han adoradoBut they have never worshipped you

No hay ausencia en tiThere is no adsence in you
Solo distancia pretendiendo ser silencioOnly distance pretending to be silence
Si eres la heridaIf you are the wound
Entonces déjame permanecer abiertoThen let me remain open
Nunca busqué sanaciónI was never seeking healing
Solo a tiOnly you

No me liberes de estoDo not release me from this
Lo he confundido con eternidadI have mistaken it for enternity
No limpies este sakeDo not cleanse this sake
Habla tu nombre demasiado fluidamenteIt speaks your name too fluently

InfinitoInfinite
No porque vivaNot because it lives
Sino porque nunca terminaBut because it never ends
