Call of Valhalla

From Ran's nets I once escaped
While I fought the raging Sea
With pale Stars who lost their shine
And the stormy Sky over me

Silver Moon lost deep in clouds
Gazed at me with His blurry eye
And His soothing rays almost too soon
Took my soul to the Halls in the Sky

My ship would sail across horizn
Lead to Niflheim my Spirit to rest
Through flames of Hell it would take me;
To gates of Elvidnir arrive at last

With salt and water in my eyes
I saw the Night wounded with brand new day
And the light from the Eastern skyes
Promissed to follow me along my way

A Scar in heart then pulled me back
And made me turn to shores once more
A Feeling which I used to lack
Made me go where I stood before

Now I walk the dead black fields
With visions of the stormy Sea
And every time I face my fears
I hear the Valhalla calling me
