Et nusquam inveni nisi in angulo cum libro."
It's the quixotic longing for these turbulent waters
That finds me where i am,
Contented irrevocably.

But forgive this fool hardy sailor
For his mad flirtation with hubris.
He can only damn well hope to meet his next dawn.
Memento mori!!!

The memory of our seafarer
Will permeate the vastness below
Like the shimmering reverberations
Of strings pulled tight across the ocean floor

Soon our sailor will find
Whiskey won't help to tame
The convulsing waves.
The apportioners have
