Oppressed
I had trust in your loving kindness `
I had faith when times were good
But now that things have changed for worse
Why do you hide in times of trouble?
I need some guiding help now
And you say it takes time and money
How much does it cost to enter?
Has God forgotten the afflicted?

I TOOK REFUGE - But you weren't there
WHEN TIMES TURNED BAD - You forgot the oppressed

The wicked are the ones who don't believe
The ones who say, "I shalin't be moved."
If we're the ones who prey on the weak
Then why are you the ones who are rich?
In the Lord I took refuge
But you weren't there when times turned bad
You forgot the years of worship
Maybe 'cause you don't exist at all

STRENGTHEN OUR HEARTS - Create love and peace
INSTEAD YOU OPPRESS - You cause our death
