Adiós campos verdes y alegres arboledas,Farewell green fields and happy groves,
Donde rebaños han disfrutado;Where flocks have took delight;
Donde corderos han mordisqueado, se mueven silenciososWhere lambs have nibbled, silent moves
Los pies de brillantes ángeles;The feet of angels bright;
Invisibles derraman bendiciones,Unseen they pour blessing,
Y alegría sin cesar,And joy without ceasing,
Sobre cada brote y flor,On each bud and blossom,
Y sobre cada pecho dormido.And each sleeping bosom.

Ellos miran en cada nido descuidado,They look in every thoughtless nest
