Tigers Above, Tigers Below

once in a while we sit down to talk
i get lost in my thoughts
and i can't see through all of what's there
i just want out, i want out of here
and i feel like i am midnight, far from the sun
and i have to be quiet

meeting myself in the fire today
i am the tiger and i am the prey

rollin' like the tide

i can see beauty in all the change
like the weather - we feel joy and pain

i wanna find grace in all that i've done
