One Way Path

Lonely she weeps in a cold winters night
Love was the thing that would make her change
Through a glass tube, the sand counts the time
Though she can still feel her heart beat in vain

Alone she is, lying in bed with all her fears inside
Another night to live, maybe she will no longer survive

Staring at a dancing candle light
In the shadows of a gloomy place
and the answers that she can’t find
