For every new word you say to me
And every day that you lie to me
For all the venom your words will breed
And every soul upon which it feeds
You gain a cluster of faithful slaves
Disbanding lives in hollow graves

But all the leaders are bound to face
The muted beauty of freedoms grace
So far they've lead by injecting fear
Its time to listen to what we hear
