Visions Of Decay

Decay of life, before these eyes
The bearer of all death
Decades pass, at a minute's pace
For as it seems with every breath
Accursed from birth, with these visions of end
A life of tortury
I see all age, before their time
All restrictions cease to be

Confined within the sands of hour
Staring down the eyes in the face of death
Bearing witness as all time devours
Through frozen eyes that never rest
All remorse, long forgotten
Through relentless, altered state
The deadly taste of time's affliction
Within these visions of decay

With dawn's arise, its piercing light
Only reveals such cruel nature
Reflections of all dying life
Silent mirrors speak only truth
For the scars of death, which adorn the mind
Mar the face of sanity
To blindly stare upon a world
Through ulcerating cavities

Beneath the wind, hell's cascading darkness
Where i'm forced to subside
Fight to endure, demons subconscious
Scarring of a forgotten time
Ironically, it's stated "time heals all"
Although it consumes the essence of all life
So live each day, as it be your last
Your next dusk may mean eternal night
