It has always been a struggle
To keep me up beat
When there is something in the back of my mind
Constantly pulling me down

So, I just lay here looking at the ceiling
With this fear
Of what tomorrow might bring

Then you start creeping in
With your condescending words and thoughts
It is always a never-ending battle with you

I lose all my motivation

I try to be myself
But you remind me that's not what you want -

You just love to see me suffer
