Only One

Put on my shoes (put on my socks first) grab my brand new hat and find my way.
I'm tired of feeling like I don't know anyone.
Tired of being the guy that has no fun but Im not the only one.
We're in the top of the ninth and guess who's up?
I guess it's up to me. Sometimes its hard to run from doubt.
Id feel like hell if I struck out but Im not the only one. Somtimes I see the world like a fish through a zip-loc baggy in the hands of a six year-old parading in the sun. Sometimes it seems as if the world is out to destroy me.
I am a victim but Im not the only one.
