Like a rock through a mosque in Jerusalem
a bullet through the head in Vietnam
a cannon through the wall at Antietam
or the army through the people in Tiananmen
well our history is rife (that's right)
with examples of our disregard for human life
so we imitate what we see (TV)
and we follow this culture
right down to our knees
and I don't see it getting any better today
until we replace our priorities over our pay
and the only world that we ever seem to know
is based on aquaintances and TV shows
another degredation, self revelation,
rocks through the veil of one antoher liberation
