Weekends seem to pass us by with a flash
Paychecks lead to cars that lead to a crash
Have our fill our engines fueled with the gas
Forces lead us to our nightmare at last
Bomb the roads and highways, blazing & red
Feel the pulse of the earth, the pulse in your head
Now detach your will, throw it into the fire
To live undead: your one & only desire

I've been broken before, now I've taken a few steps back
I laid rest to everyone, they couldn't do me anything but harm
Always remember the ones that pushed me aside
No one to guide this shaken mind, they thought for sure it was only a phase

What we're working for, an 'increase,' is it falsified?
