The undertow

I'm going overboard
this ship is definitely sinking
the warning signs were ignored
engage your life vest I think it's time to pull the chord
the undertow slowly pulls us down as our faces disappear into the sea
I could still perceive the glow of city lights but you and I could never agree
and then it hits you in the face somehow you didn't know before
another day stuck in outer space it's starting to show more and more

another wave crashes on my forehead submerged my body sinks into the sea
