Before the fall
There was breath

I am Adam
The dust that learned how to breathe
Awakened clay
When the Breath chose to stay
I was the silence
Before the first desire
A vessel of earth
Holding infinite fire

The tree was not the end
It was a passage
The fruit was not evil
It was courage
Freedom is a blade of light
Cutting through the veil

I chose
And Eden shattered into light
Not destruction
But the world waking up inside
Not a mistake
But awareness in ignition
A slow descent
Into creation

I see you now
My echoes in time
You carry my clay
You carry my design
I see Cain
In every fist that tightens
And Abel still bleeding
Where the wound never silences

Free will
Fire in human hands
Not the serpent
Not the woman
But the weight of knowing
