Rock Bottom

Normal is impossible for someone like me
So many downward spirals can have only one result
I have hit the lowest and most liminal space in the universe
Rock bottom
That's for sure

The stairs that brought me here are long gone
The walls are fragile like sand and there's no way to climb them up
I look above and it's all dark
Not a plan to escape
I was left here with my fake hope
That my loved one will come to rescue me

So no one came
Guess I'll wait till the end of the universe
No, no one came
Not even the one who promised to protect me from everything
The pain I feel is unbearable
I doubt it will get better with time
Not even the infinite amount I'll have from now on

The pain I feel will soon end
The walls are closing in
Because of this rock bottom
