Not knowing that sooner or laterPor não saber que mais dia menos dia
I would be completely enchanted by the whole of your beingEu todo me encantaria pelo todo do seu ser

To mix midnight with middayPra misturar meia noite meio dia
And finally know that I would sing the songE enfim saber que cantaria a cantoria
That I had longed for so longQue há tanto tempo queria
The song of goodwillA canção do bem querer

It's beautiful to see love without anesthesiaÉ belo vês o amor sem anestesia
It hurts in a good way, burns sweetlyDóI de bom, arde de doce
It burns, soothesQueima, acalma
Kills, createsMata, cria
There are times when the person in loveChega tem vez que a pessoa que enamora
Finds themselves crying over what they laughed at just yesterdaySe pega e chora do que ontem mesmo ria
There are times when they laugh from the inside outChega tem hora que ri de dentro pra fora
They don't stay, nor do they leaveNão fica nem vai embora
