Throwing Words

I keep throwing words in the night
(Multifarious words in the night)
Make them run for their lives
(They're such garrulous words)
And I wonder who will thrive?

Playing becomes verse, comes alive
(Deleterious words in the night)
Can you feel the weight? Can they fly?
(Like the eyes of a hawk)

But that's not ideal, not rebel enough
