17 Saddening Delusions

Nobody can really change
That’s what I had stood for
Many years I was trying
But had never flew
Out of the floor

How can you win a race
In an already set fate
You can give all you got
But in the end
It’ll be the same

But I can’t keep this facade
Of always trying to be right
The world I have just created
Cannot keep up this fight

I'm tryna do everything right this time
Looking back at my own mistakes
What I once took as advice
Now I know that it was all fake

Maybe it's not too late
Maybe there's still a chance
Maybe I can learn from my mistakes
Maybe I can break from this stance

I will cease this world
And bring it all to one piece
I'm tired of always pretending
That the “hero” is happy and complete
