Every single day, we wait for it to come
Every one of us hope for it to pour
And when it comes, it brings chaos

Blessed are those who receive it and care
Damned be the ones who defy its power
But when it comes, it brings chaos

Stories were lost as the flood came
A few had paid for mistakes of the past
Will we never learn? We will never learn

A piece of you thrown into the dirt
It’s you ruining and tearing their lives
A piece of us rotted and torn into pieces
It’s we to blame for lives that were lost.

Face the rain that pours to save us? NO!
Nature’s revenge has finally come? NO!
Face the fear and despair you caused! NO!
Shame, guilt for it’s a human flood!

Are you scared? Don’t you feel guilty?
On TV I see despair and shame
And when it comes, it brings chaos
