That's why we make use of what nature providesPor eso damos uso a los naturales
Rural resources for nutritious foodRecursos rurales para alimento nutritivo
Because the formal ones aren't well acquiredPorque los formales no son muy bien adquiridos
And they're harmful to living beingsY dañinos para el ser vivo

Called Santa Maria, but forgotten by the city hallLlamada santa María, pero olvidada por la alcaldía
Is it because of the distance? Or is there no economic resources?¿Será por la lejanía? O no hay recursos de economía
Here we fight to move forward, not to be left behindAquí luchamos para que avancemos, no pa' que quedemos
