This here's the story of my sister Adele
When it comes to being a sister
She does it really swell
She's always been so nice and kind to me
She was always there when I needed to pee...on

Her and her friends dressed me up in ladies clothes
All of my friends thought that I was one of those...
I guess she was a little disappointed I wasn't a girl
I can only say I'm glad they didn't name me 'Pearl'

When you're not around I sure do miss
Skiing, the bug and blueberry pie
Tickling me like crazy until I cry

She was older and and knew much more than I
Learning more every day about a certain guy
First came love then marriage
Then came Adele pushing a letter carrier around

So, Happy-Happy Birthday, and thanks for the years
For embarrassing me and hiding things in my ears
And about all the parties I will not tell mom
Just let me know when the pie is done
