You blew my dignity out of the airlock.
You launched my pride into deep space.
You put pain into my orbit and you blamed it on the space race.
But tell me how this could happen to us after all the light years we've passed.
We were like spaceships heading toward each other and passing so fast.
On the outside a beautiful face, on the inside there was a skull.
I suppose it's normal for any human, but I was in pain.
It seemed personal. You put chaos in my solar system.
You put dark matter in my universe and I know it wasn't the first time, but you were the best, so it was the worst.
