Nothing But a Fiend

With all of my objections to bear my broken crosses
The original sin is a thing that I can’t forget
No truth, no faith, just bigotry and my awful choices
Only evil can help me and it sounds so unfair

Exchanging the forbidden fruit for a bunch of missteps
Bent coins and sacred feathers with no time to redeem
And when the Lord breaks through the EDEN I'll be seated with the prince, the fallen angel
Riding my disease with those filthy cherubim

God keeps an eye on you
He is staring at you
Is observing what you gonna say

God is looking at you
And surely gonna catch you
You haven't seen the warning to obey

I'm a fiend behind the tree
Hiding behind the tree
Nothing but a Fiend

When Adam put sin in my hands, showing my losses
Torture and iron nails made my forehead sweat
“Hang in there, He will give you strength once more”, warned me those voices
“You must to suffer, but is not the end yet”

And once again they told me the same old story
That my hand was very close to touch the skies
But when I realized who I am and what I'm going to become
Turning me into a pack of evil lies?
