Attention To Detail

Back to the drawing board, it took some time to get there
Breezed through an emotional period, but it damaged my brain.

The feelings i had for her have slowly, wilted away. But its better for both of us.

I'll see you around, and i'll still bite my tongue.
Its hard to forget. So i dwell in the past.

Now im running round in circles in this empty state.
Self doubt overwhelmes the positive.
Maybe id get what i want if i paid more attention to detail.

So i guess that ive learned my mistake. Id better just suck it in and move on. Stop lagging behind.
Its easier said than done. When your stuck in a rut.
The window of opportunity.
Has opened mys eyes.

So far. Ive made it passed the point of no return. Ive singled out the things that made you, turn around and say those words "Its Over"

Seriously i'll not forget that fight.

When i see you around, i know that we're done.
Its hard to accept.
