One Day In The Future

One day in the future i am sure that i will drowned
Waters close over my head
The currents drag me down
In this way i've sealed my fate by letting it be heard
On that day i'll be sorry that i ever wrote these words

All the souls upon the earth consumed in fiery clouds
While presidents and kings will hide in caves under the ground
That is their undoing, just as swimming will be mine
Plate tectonic forces will find fault with their designs

Every solid object with a start will have an end
On the bottom of the ocean things that squirm and things that swim
Given intimations as to how i'm going to die
What i really want to know: is not how i'll go but why
